Registration FAQs

Attendee online registration is scheduled to open around the first of August so mark your calendar. For those who want to attend educational workshops, we are once again offering all-inclusive value passes (Two-Day Pass and Day Pass) that make earning your annual credits more cost-effective. Don’t need a whole pass? All workshops are still available a la carte.

Yes, you can earn your AIA, HSW, GBCI, IDCEC and LACES credits from 100+ knowledge-building workshops. Visit the Continuing Education page.

The cost to attend depends on your registration package. Please refer to the Register page for prices. 

A variety of registration packages are available to fit your budget and education needs — including Two-Day and Day Passes. All Conference Passes include complimentary access to CEs offered on the show floor. All educational workshops require registration. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please refer to the Register page for prices. 

Yes, if you do not need a Two-Day or Day Pass, all workshops are still available a la carte.

You can register on-site in the Registration area at the BCEC, but it is recommended you register in advance for faster on-site service.

Name badges will NOT be mailed in advance. To pick up your name badge, please bring your email confirmation with you to Registration. You must wear your ABX badge to access the show floor and meeting rooms.

Yes, during the registration process (prior to the payment screen) you will see a button "Add Another Registrant" which enables you to add multiple coworkers or colleagues. Once you have registered everyone in your party, you can use the "Proceed to Checkout" button to complete a single transaction.

Click the Sign in link located in the top right corner of this website. Enter your last name and Reg ID and click the "Sign In" button. Once the MyEvent Dashboard loads, click on the "My Registration" icon.  

No, for security measures and to verify attendance, new badges need to be obtained every year.

Your RegID is located on your registration confirmation under the bar code. If you have misplaced your confirmation, please select the ‘forgot password’ on the Sign in page.

BSA members can save $100 on the Two-Day Pass, $60 on the Day Pass and $15 on A La Carte workshops.

BSA/AIA Member Firms registering five or more employees are eligible for group registration service.

Yes, as long as you have your confirmation email with your RegID located under the barcode, you can make changes to your existing registration.

We define Emerging Professional as young practitioners who have been in the industry for 5 years or less, a new graduate, or a professional transitioning into the industry. Designed to build your skills and ensure your firm’s continued success, ABX offers discounted educational workshops of $30 for BSA members and $40 for non-members. To receive the discount on workshops, you must register online and select yes to the registration question, “Are you an Emerging Professional?”  Please note that discounted workshops are not eligible for continuing-education credits, but you will receive a certificate of completion for each workshop you attend.
