Credits

  • AIA credits have been reported on your behalf.
  • GBCI, IDCEC and LACES credits will need to be self-reported.

Certificates and Presentations

If you attended the educational conference, your conference workshop certificates and available handouts/presentations, customized to your conference itinerary, have been loaded into your Attendee Dashboard:

  • Enter the email address and password you created during the registration process
  • Enter your last name and RegID (found on your registration confirmation email)
  • Click the Education icon.
  • Under “Education: Current Year” click the 2019 link
  • You will see a list of all the workshops you registered to attend
  • You can download a certificate or available handout / presentation by clicking the respective icon in the Download column to review, save it or print. 
  • For quicker access, click the Download All Certificates or Download All Handouts buttons to print all at once. 
  • If there is not a handout / presentation icon, we have not received a copy from the speaker. Feel free to request it directly from the speaker if they provided a way to reach them during their workshop.
  • If you have any questions, please contact program@abexpo.com. Our team is out for the holidays, but we will be checking that folder as our families allow.

ABX offers continuing education (CE) credit for educational workshops and show floor education. Our core
conference program is made up of 90-minute workshops, each providing 1.5 CE units.

Attendees are encouraged to review each course description for approved accreditations.

Licensed architects must earn continuing education credits each year to fulfill AIA membership requirements. You may also need to complete continuing education requirements to renew your state license(s).

To receive AIA and GBCI credit, you MUST provide your member numbers during the online registration process. 

All ABX workshops are .eligible for AIA continuing education learning units (LUs) and 42 workshops qualify for Health, Safety and Welfare (HSW). 

AIA requires registered Massachusetts registered architects to earn a minimum of 12 LUs in HSW (Health, Safety and Welfare) topics.

21 of the ABX workshops are eligible for Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) CE hours. Don't know your GBCI number? eligible for Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) CE hours. Log in to your credentials account.  

   

33 of the ABX workshops are eligible for Interior Design Continuing Education Council (IDCEC) credit.   

18 of the ABX workshops are eligible for Landscape Architecture Continuing Education System (LA CES) credit.  

Attendance

Education workshop attendance will be recorded through a name badge scanning system at the entrance to each education workshop. In order to receive CEU credit, scan your badge no later than ten (10) minutes after the workshop begins.

If you added the workshop to your schedule in advance, you must scan in to the workshop at least five (5) minutes before the workshop begins to claim your seat.

You cannot earn CEU credit if you enter the workshop later than ten (10) minutes after the start of the workshop or if you do not scan your badge.

Attendance Reporting

Attendance in AIA CES registered courses will be reported automatically after the show by ABX Show Management.All other credits (GBCI, IDCEC and LA CES) must be self-reported by the participant.  

Certificates

Certificates of attendance will be available for participants to download approximately 8 weeks after ABX19.
