With a background in statistical thermodynamics and comparative religion, Meg Gatza is well suited to wear many hats as Director of Operations at Bruner/Cott.
As Director of Operations, Meg oversees firm operations including contracts and risk management, accounting and invoicing, human resources and policies, and IT. She is deeply involved in project management and staffing and works closely with principals to ensure the continued success of the both the firm and its employees.
She serves as co-chair of the BSA Administration & HR Network. Her devotion to an equitable practice has resulted in the Bruner/Cott’s recognition as the first JUST company in New England by the International Living Future Institute and as an Emerging Professional Friendly firm by AIA New England since the inception of its program. Meg initially joined Bruner/Cott as a receptionist in 2009 and has
become a critical component to the growth and advancement of the firm’s commitment to an equitable and sustainable future.
