Discount Registration Link & Codes | How to Use

Your unique registration link and code offer FREE Expo Only admission to your customers and prospects.

Keep in mind that you can use these custom registration URLs throughout ALL your marketing efforts to offer discounted registration prices to your customers.

The unique registration LINK can be used to hyperlink from any graphic image, as well as text in emails, press releases, word documents or other digital correspondence.

The unique registration CODE can be use in printed materials, voice messages, on-hold voice messages, etc. The code should always accompany the show website so please use this verbiage:
To receive FREE Expo admission, register at www.abexpo.com and  enter  <code> on the registration home page when prompted to enter a discount code.

Expo Pass PDF

Use the customized Expo Pass PDF to invite your customers and prospects to the show. This flyer is pre-populated with show information and your discount registration code which provides FREE Expo admission to your customers. Post this flyer on your website, send out via email, print and mail with your monthly invoices, fax to your customers or distribute any other way your company prefers.

Web Banners

A variety of standard size web banners are provided in the attached zip file. These banners can be used on your website, in your email signatures, distributed in your e-blast communications, in e-newsletters and any other electronic communication. Simply post the web banner image into place and hyperlink the banner with your discount registration link. For additional banner sizes, please contact Kim Hamilton.

ABX Logo

We encourage you to promote your participation in ABX by posting the show logo in all your promotional materials. Please note that logos must be used in its entirety; no portion may be segmented off. Logo use is limited to attendee promotional materials only and may not be used in any way to endorse a company or product. The promotional piece with logo included must be submitted to me for approval *prior* to printing and distribution.

Social Media Posts

Create visibility for your company by making frequent posts on social media sites about exhibiting at ABX. All posts should contain your discount registration link.

Pre-Registered Press List & Press Release Template

Industry press attend ABX to secure editorial coverage for their magazines, newspapers, blogs, etc. Attached is the list of the pre-registered press. Also attached is a press release template pre-populated with the important show information. Simply update the press release with your company information and email to the press contacts to begin promoting your company. Be sure to also send the press release to local newspapers and other local media.

Feathr Pre-Show Marketing

ABX has free pre-show marketing tools for you to use through a platform called Feathr. The tools available to you are a custom landing page, a custom web ad, and a custom email template.
