Exhibitor Service Manual

Now is the time to start planning your ABX exhibit. There are a number of important details that will need your attention and the Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM) is designed to assist you in your preparations for the show.

In order to save time and money, we encourage you to read all information carefully, taking note of upcoming deadlines and important show regulations. Specific items have been outlined to eliminate confusion and make your planning process smoother and more efficient. Order early to take advantage of the discount pricing.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)

Electricity, Rigging and Internet

The BCEC is the exclusive provider of electrical, telephone, Internet, plumbing and the supply of compressed airs and gases, rigging, and food & beverage. Exhibitors may order services through the Signature Boston Exhibitor Ordering Site. Once there, select ArchitectureBoston Expo and follow further directions to log in. Furnishings

Freeman can provide you with booth furnishings, carpet, digital graphics, modular exhibits, and cleaning services. Forms and additional information can be found by clicking the Service Manual icon through your Exhibitor Dashboard using your exhibitor eCode. 

Labor and Shipping

Freeman provides labor and shipping for ABX. The forms can be accessed by clicking the Service Manual icon through your Exhibitor Dashboard using your exhibitor eCode.
