Once you sign up for the show, this is the section where you will find the tools for a successful show.  The information in this section is designed to help exhibitors through the exhibit planning process. As the show dates approach, more links will become available.

Now is the time to start planning your ABX exhibit. There are a number of important details that will need your attention and the Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM) is designed to assist you in your preparations for the show.

In order to save time and money, we encourage you to read all information carefully, taking note of upcoming deadlines and important show regulations. Specific items have been outlined to eliminate confusion and make your planning process smoother and more efficient. Order early to take advantage of the discount pricing. 


BCEC Orders + Electrical

The BCEC is the exclusive provider of electrical, telephone, Internet, plumbing and the supply of compressedairs and gases, rigging, and food & beverage. Orders can be placed following these steps:

On-Site Event Guide

On-Site Event Guide Listing

The ABX On-Site Event Guide listing includes your company name, address, phone number, website address and booth number. If you need to make any changes, you need to sign in to your exhibitor dashboard:  

  • Click the Sign-In link below using your exhibitor eCode. 
  • Once your dashboard appears, click the My BuildingProductGallery.com icon. 
  • Follow the prompts to make any changes to your address, phone number or web address.  
  • Select your product categories to help attendees find you before, during and after the show.

This is a complimentary, value-add offered to each exhibitor and we encourage you to complete this information as early as possible.

Exhibitor registration opens in late August and will be available exclusively online through your exhibitor dashboard. The complimentary booth personnel badge allotment is based on:  

  • 100 sq ft = 5 booth badges
  • 200 sq ft = 10 booth badges
  • 300 sq ft = 15 booth badges
  • 400 sq ft = 20 booth badges 

Additional booth badges may be purchased for $25 each. Each booth staff/exhibiting registrant is allowed one (1) complimentary educational workshop and (1) complimentary Welcome Party admission.
